Unfortunately it is has become a lot more common that we find people have been sold a duplicate version of our bags. We know that there are competitors making direct imitation of our bags and although we find that complimentary and we are happy that people love the design and signature style of our bags. We are sad when the ethics and values of the organization  being compromised and aren’t being followed.

What if I have a duplicate bag?

If you have unfortunately bought a duplicate bag, we wont be able to r.e.g.i.s.t.e.r  you in our (((guarantee))). We wont be able to fix out any repairs, even if you ready to pay for them. This is because any other bag will not be m.a.n.u.f.a.c.t.u.r.e.r from the same genuine materials and hand crafted to the same quality as our own. We couldn’t guarantee the quality of the repair and the fault will almost certainly happen again.
